This service includes impression taking, helping you to choose the right product, ordering, fitting and instructions. Prices vary depending on the product required and any extras purchased. A final price will be given before any product is ordered. Minimum order processing time is 3 weeks. Impressions are non-refundable. Products ordered are refundable if the order is cancelled before the impressions are sent to the laboratory.

Follow up Appointments

In some cases, the build up of wax is too great and the ears can become sore or agitated during cleaning. If this happens, it will require a follow up appointment to complete the ear wax removal. This will take place 5-14 days after the initial appointment to avoid further irritation. The price for a follow up appointment varies according to the level of wax build up and time required for cleaning.*

The annual fee is refundable at any time, minus the fees incurred by appointments already fulfilled. There is no fee for cancellation. The standard 14 day cooling off period applies from the day payment is received. During this time, if the agreement is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded, minus any costs incurred by appointments already fulfilled.
