Follow up Appointments

In some cases, the build up of wax is too great and the ears can become sore or agitated during cleaning. If this happens, it will require a follow up appointment to complete the ear wax removal. This will take place 14 days after the initial appointment to avoid further irritation. The price for a follow up appointment varies according to the level of wax build up and time required for cleaning.

The annual fee is refundable at any time, minus the fees incurred by appointments already fulfilled. There is no fee for cancellation. The standard 14 day cooling off period applies from the day payment is received. During this time, if the agreement is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded, minus any costs incurred by appointments already fulfilled. The cost of one appointment amounts to £18.75 during the course of this agreement.
