We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden charges. All appointments are dedicated one-hour sessions where we use a combination of gentle methods tailored specifically to your comfort and optimum ear health. Travel distance is calculated from IV30 5YN.
Our service fees
Complete care includes thorough assessment, ear wax removal, and a complimentary follow-up appointment if stubborn wax cannot be safely cleared in a single session. If you book complete care but no wax is found during the assessment, you are only charged the Assessment fee. If you book an Assessment and wax is found, there's no need to book again, you can choose to upgrade to the complete care immediately.
If you live more than 20 miles from IV305YN and would like to book an appointment for multiple family members at the same address, you can select one appointment for the required distance and for any additional appointments please select *Additional Family member.

Appointments start at £95 -£140 depending on the area.
For emergency appointments we aim to see you within 12 hours.
We take a brief assessment over the phone to help decide if we advise you to be seen by us immediately or to contact your local GP or 111 service.
If you require an urgent appointment due to time limitations (for example going on holiday the next day or you have a hearing test booked for the following day) please call us on the number above. If we can fit you in within our opening times you will only need to pay the standard fees. If this is not possible, the emergency fee will apply.
We also offer the Annual Care Package
This is a custom made annual contract to fit your individual needs. As many people suffer a regular build up of wax, the cost of wax removal can soon add up. So we offer a custom monthly payment plan that could save you up to 20%. To qualify for the annual care package, a minimum of 5 visits per year is required. Ask for details either by phone, email or at your next appointment.

For any service including the option of additional family members, the multiple appointments must be made for the same day consecutively and all take place at the same address.
All appointments allow a slot of 1 hour to allow ample time for the assessment and ear wax removal. If You have booked for an assessment and ear wax is found, you can upgrade to the complete care. If you have booked the complete care and no wax is found, you will only be charged the assessment fee.
For the Complete Care Ear Wax Removal if a second visit is required for the treatment, this visit must be booked and completed within 30 days of the initial appointment. If you have booked for multiple family members, and multiple follow up appointments are required, these must be booked for the same day again and within 30 days of the initial appointment. If only one member of the family requires an additional appointment, this is still included in the complete care price.
